Log into your USN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
